Miscarriage After Low Hcg Levels

Found out that I was pregnant on my birthday December 6. But last week on monday I started bleeding my levels were 112 at 5 1/2 weeks that's low but they were doubling so they said it didn't matter if it was low. Went back on Wednesday and it was 480 I started worrying less. Then Friday came I wouldn't know until today it was 123 and that I miscarried.
