Clearblue advanced 9 days high what is happening

I have just received my 9th day of flashing smileys. Still no peak. I am on CD23. What is happening with my body and how can I get it to ovulate. This is only cycle 4 ttc but every other cycle I’ve hit the solid smiley. This cycle has been weird though I had spotting on day 6 and 7 even though my period had finished on day 3 and I never spot so that was unusual. It’s just frustrating when you want to conceive so badly and you don’t know if you’re gonna ovulate or when your next period will be.

Should I keep testing in the hope that I will just ovulate really late? The tests instructions say to stop testing after 9 days of high as you’re unlikely to ovulate. 😩😩😩 but I am hopeful ovulation will come soon and just be late.
