Implantation bleeding or period?

Hey ladies, we’re ttcing for a month now, I ovulated on the 23rd of June and had intercourse on 23 & 24th of June. My period was due July 8-9, and took a pregnancy test on the 7th, was negative. Today is the 11th, I’m late for about 2-3 days and I started having light cramps and backaches last night, but haven’t started bleeding yet. Still having cramps and a little bit of spotting but can’t be sure if this is period or ib, need some help to find answers. Tbh, I’m kind of scared of taking a pregnancy test again just to see negative result..
