Possible late implanter?

So in my other pregnancies I’ve gotten bfp’s around 8dpo. This cycle I tested up until 10dpo and then stopped when they were all negative. I take progesterone starting 3dpo and I also stopped this after my tests were negative. So for the last 2 nights I didn’t do my progesterone. Today I still hadn’t started my period so decided to test and got a faint line. I inserted progesterone immediately but is it weird to have your first positive hpt on 13dpo?!? Seems so late for me…
