Implantation?

Im roughly 2 days before my period. I started cramping at work today and when I went to the bathroom I broke down crying because AF was here…. Or so I think…. 
Normally when AF starts it’s clots and bright red and relatively medium-heavy flow the first day. But this was light and has continued to be light and no sign of clots… still A LOT of cramping… 
Do we think there is a baby ? 🥺🥺
We have been trying for awhile and lost one early on in February. It takes a toll for sure 😭😭😭

What colour was the blood? Pale pink? Or more of a reddish colour? 
If it's red, it's your period. It's not uncommon at all to get spotting before a period so that may just be the case for this cycle. 
If it's light pink, it could be implantation! You usually test positive a couple days after implantation so give it 2 days and test (unless the bleeding turns into AF obviously).

I’m going through the same thing. Period due in 4 days and woke up with pink spotting. Only when I wipe and not much at all and only light cramps, very mild compared to my usual period cramps. All tests negative so far though
