Help this mom out!!
I’ve been struggling with low self esteem ever since I had my daughter. She’s about to be 21 months and it’s so hard to exercise with her. I would honestly love any tips. My pre pregnancy weight was 113 now I’m at 165 maybe a couple pounds less now. I would love to go back to those days. I’ll have more support now so I’ll be able to go to the gym even exercise from home.
Things I want help/tips on:
How do I lose the arm fat? I was so thin from my shoulders and arm and after having my LO I look much wider.
How do I get rid of my double chin?
Do I need a waist trainer to get the “shape” of my body back?
What’s the #1 thing that helped you lose weight? Was it going on a diet? Walking a lot? Doing weights?
Honestly any tips or words of encouragement are welcome. ♥️
