Hello ladies!! I wanna start with a TW: weightloss and possible ED trigger.

I’m 18 and I’m currently around 160lbs. I’ve been working out a few times a week with a 20 min cardio on the treadmill, and then some lifting and stretching. I want to lose weight without really bulking up, I just don’t know how to do it. I use my neighborhood gym and cannot afford a personal trainer or anything, so I’m reaching out here. What can you recommend for weightloss specifically in my stomach and arms, without bulking up a lot. I just wanna tone and slim. Thanks!
