Why Do I Keep Dreaming About The Same Person??

I keep dreaming about my husband cousin, before I met my husband I used to text with his cousin we were getting to know each other just by texting we try to meet In person but we never did then we stopped texting, few months later I met my now husband I started to get to know him through texting we decided to meet in person we fall in love we got married. mMy husband cousin got married he had a kid then he got divorced then he met another girl he had another child. Currently in an relationship Good for him. The only times I see him is when we get invited to birthday party’s at his house. But there’s something I don’t understand why I keep dreaming about him I never liked him we never met in person I don’t think about him at all during the day why would I??
