Gut feeling

I am not sure if this is possible but I have never had this feeling. I have never seen kids in my future ever. Even if I tried to create future stories in my head adding a kid just seemed fake. But now I have this extremely strong feeling that I'm pregnant and all I can see is a baby in my future. Plus I'm extremely emotional. And I keep getting weird butterflies in my stomach. Could I be just paranoid?
