Im so sick.how do get heartburn anyways?

I have bad acid reflux it think I can barely eat and nausea. it's to early to test still and I can't stand long enough to do dishes. Af in a few days I don't think its coming.

Peppermint tea with lemon grass OR lemon balm should do the trick. Plus it doesn't taste disgusting.

I know it's fantastic for those horrible stomach pains you get when you eat food that doesn't agree with you (I've tried it myself!) And it's supposed to work with heartburn too, but I never get that so I haven't tried it out.

There's a tea blend on Adagio.com called "No Regrets" herbal tea. That's what I use. Use 2 tsp per 1 cup of water, brew for 5 minutes and think happy thoughts ;)
