Teething 3 month old??

Anyone else feel like their little one may be teething?? We’ve had a solid few weeks of minimal crying/fussiness and now at 12 weeks refuses to let me put her down without instantly crying, won’t let anyone else hold her, takes 10-15 min naps all day and wakes up sad, uses me as her pacifier because she never took an actual one, sucks on the side of her hand, and drools! It’s been too long since I’ve had a teething babe but I definitely feel like this meets the description right??
