Pregnancy after MC

I’ve had 2 back to back miscarriages so far and then got pregnant right after the last MC (without a period). I don’t know how far along I am but when I went in to get my HCG level, it came out 86. It seemed low to me but everyone’s been saying it doesn’t matter as long as it’s doubling. I have another blood draw next week but I’m freaking out a little because I’ve been tracking the test strips on a daily basis and the line is getting fainter. I’ve been preparing myself so the worst…but the odd thing is a couple of days ago my breasts starting hurting like a pregnancy symptom. I’m just confused now. Has anyone experienced the line getting fainter but ended with a positive pregnancy outcome??
