False positive from ovary cyst? Please help..

So I'm two days late and I plan to take a hpt in the morning but on the box it says ovary cysts can cause false positives and back in June after my miscarriage from a blighted ovum I found out I had a cyst on my right ovary so now I'm terrified that if I do get a positive it will only be from the cyst. Anyone ever go through this or hear of it? Please help me...
