C section advice

I’m 5 weeks postpartum after c section. Currently got an infection in my womb and infected incision which I’m in anti biotics for. My question is has anyone had any numbness/ burning tingling sensations? I have a tingling weird feeling in the side of my right thigh but only when I lay down. It’s the weirdest thing. It doesn’t hurt just a strange sensation. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?? I don’t think it’s related to my infections as this started before i became unwell I went to doc and he diagnosed. Any thought or experiences/ advice much appreciated.
