Is something wrong with me?

10 years ago I started having extremely painful periods to the point that I will vomit and have green diarrhea. I literally have to text my boss every time I’m about to start my period because I absolutely cannot get out of bed on the first 2 days. I’m 26 and haven’t been to the doctor in about 7 years because I’m socially awkward and super modest. They told me it was “normal” but I know that’s bs. Also sex started to be really painful for me about 6 months ago and hasn’t stopped. I know I have to go to the doctor at some point, I’m just scared they’re going to tell me that I have cancer. Please tell me there’s someone that has the same problem as me 🥴
