Getting pregnant after ectopic

Hi ladies, I wanted to ask how long did you wait to try again after ectopic pregnancy. My pregnancy was terminated via methotrexate. I been given mix information from early pregnancy unit. The senior midwife that done ultrasound and told me I can try get pregnant after 3 month. NHS website advices the same. However one of the leaflet that was given to me by the doctor that injected me with methotrexate states I should not get pregnant for 6 month after the last injection. I am trying to get in touch with my GP but they never have any appointment!
