Good line progression?

I’m so nervous after an early miscarriage 2 cycles ago. These are 48 hours apart. 
2 days before AF was supposed to show:

When do I call the doctor and what do I say? This isn’t my first pregnancy, I have a 4 y/o, but I can’t seem to remember what I’m supposed to do now lol. I don’t have a gyno/OB, just a GP.

Just call the ob/midwife of your choice (or whichever is in your insurance coverage plan if US). Tell them you just found out you're pregnant and you need to make an appointment. I'm on my fourth pregnancy and only my middle two had the same doctor/practice so I have done the new pregnancy appointment with a new doctor 3 times since my first one retired then the second one retired and shut down.

If you need a referral then your GP will refer to the obgyn or else you choose your obgyn and call their office. They'll take your last period date and based on that as you to come around your week 8-9 for the early scan. Depending on age and history they might call in sooner at 7 weeks.
