When do I start counting ?

I know I ovulated on the 19th so when do I start counting DPO exactly?

If the 19th is indeed confirmed ovulation the 20th would be 1DPO

How do you know you ovulated on the 19th? You would need to be temping (BBT) to truly confirm ovulation. DPO is Days Past Ovulation, so the day after ovulation would be 1 DPO and so forth..
