Has anyone had this?

I’m definitely gonna go to another gynecologist, but I’m wondering if anyone else on here has had a cramping/muscular pain inside their vag before? It’s not a burning sensation or anything, just feels like a cramp inside, and sitting down can worsen it. The cramping can get pretty bad & It mostly happens after sex, though it has happened randomly.

Should add, I’ve actually even asked a gynecologist this before and they decided to do STD tests and exam. They could not give me any explanation.
