Anxiety/depression and THC

My husband got a stiiizy vape to help with sleep. Last night I tried it not for the first time but when I woke up this morning I don’t know how to explain other than I just had this “light” feeling like my body felt light and free. When I started Zoloft a few months ago because after having kids my anxiety has been through the roof however after starting Zoloft I’m starting to wonder if it’s undiagnosed adhd. Anyways can anyone explain the “light” feeling I had? I’ve tried to do my research but I’ve gad no luck. Just want to see if anyone else has experienced this as well. Thanks 😊
