Dark secrets

So I've only ever told one person I. My whole life... I'm now 19 and when I was 12 I was walking home after school and I was raped in the alley way by an older high school boy. After that I got depression and it ruined my life, but I've never told anyone other than my best friend and I only told her this year... I don't want to bring it up to anyone now because it's been 7 years, but I still have nightmares about it 😢 sometimes I wished that I had killed myself that day.
