Night sweats

So today is Saturday.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday my 1 y.o. had temperature of 38°C and chills. His head was extremely hot. No cough, no runny nose, sneezed few times. Since Wednesday night the temperature is gone and he started to have night sweats only under his head. He wakes up at night every hour to bf all wet at the back of the head. This never happened before. Today I noticed some rush at the back and at the chest.

Anyone knows what it can be or had the same?
