Belly Button Piercing

So i got my belly button pierced around two weeks ago, and for about 4 days it’s been super itchy around it… im cleaning it multiple times a day with bactine (i included a picture.) I don’t know how it could be infected so i’m wondering if i’m allergic to the metal… it is not sore to move at all, it’s just itchy around it so it causes my to hit the belly button ring sometimes so i think it’s irritated… should i switch to a plastic bar? Do y’all thing it’s infected?
