Ideal BBT Chart Meaning
Hi everyone!
I’m new to the world of bbt charting. This is my first cycle doing it.
It appears I have a very normal and ideal chart—low temps in follicular phase, big temp elevation after positive OPKs and ovulation, sustained high temp after ovulation.
Does having a “good” chart mean it’s likely I don’t have fertility problems? Or does it not really mean much?
We have been TTC for about 4 months now, following a miscarriage (my first and only pregnancy). My husband has erectile dysfunction, which makes the whole process very stressful and difficult.
