Spotting before period
Hey ladies,
So I'm currently on birth control and have been for about 3 years, randomly throughout this duration I'll have spotting for the full week before my period. And it's heavier spotting than I'm used to. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Or what exactly is going on? I had always understood birth control to make my cycle regular.
