How do you know you came or had orgasm?

Hey. So probably this is a very general query that must've been posted here already. But I want to understand if I have. So in my case, while sex or when a guy eats me out, I get very wet and have urge to pee which I suppress. My clit becomes very sensitive. And post sex/guy eating me out, I tend to twitch a lot. As in, my palms, feet twitch. I feel like sleeping later and feel very exhausted. I want to understand if this does mean that you came. Because a guy ate me out for 30 minutes and it was amazing and the best, and he asked if I came. I said yes. He then asked how many times and when did it happen. I don't know how to know how many times and when it happened because I tend to get very senseless. Please help me out.
