Miscarriage?

It sucks that I’m writing this… I think I’m going to miscarry. From the beginning, this pregnancy has been a very high miscarriage risk (slow rising hcg, slow growing gestational sac, baby growing slowly). We saw baby and a heartbeat last week Wednesday - the heartbeat was strong (136) and baby measured around 6 weeks, 4 days which was 3 days behind what we thought. Our gestational sac unfortunately was still measuring 5 weeks and a couple days. We know this is a high miscarriage risk pregnancy. I had pain yesterday which I couldn’t tell if it was cramping or gas pains. Today I have some pink bleeding which just started now in the middle of the day. I’m super disappointed. I was hoping this would be a rainbow baby after a loss in January.

How long did it take from cramps to light bleeding for the miscarriage to happen? I’m probably 7 weeks and a couple days. My last one was a chemical and I was only like 4 weeks. Before that and my other two children, I had a missed miscarriage which we did a D&C for and I still ended up passing big clots.
