Help! Pregnacy Pain

24wks 6 days, extreme abdominal pain lasting now 12hrs Visited L&D at the hospital they said my uterus seemed irritated but no contractions. No dilation. My urine came back had blood, rdc and wbc, plus glucose.

I have been to the hospital a few times for dizziness, right side abdominal pain, and spotting during the first trimester.

Idk what's happening but I'm in so much pain, I'm tired of being sent home because of pregnacy pains. Anyone else having issue
