Pediatrician always makes me cry

Are all pediatricians like this! I always leave feeling like a horrible mom. My son is 9 months old and isn’t crawling, standing on his on, creeping, walking or saying distinguishing words like dada or gaga. I’m a stay at home mom, I spend time with him, I talk to him, I try to get him to do all of these things and he just isn’t doing them yet. She made me feel so bad and even suggested physical therapy. I had no idea he was so behind. She kept asking me if I talk to him, how I talk to him and she got really caught up on if he’s asking for a bottle himself. No, he doesn’t ask for a bottle? I didn’t know he was suppose to be communicating that. I told her no, but I ask him if he’s hungry, I make the bottle with him, I talk to him while we are doing it. When I said that, she asked me if her questions were making me anxious. Yeah lady, you’re making me feel horrible. I’m a first time mom who has never been around babies before. I’m just trying my best but now I feel like my son is being neglected somehow. ☹️
