Anyone else struggling to choose a name?

For the life of me I can’t decide on baby girls name. We we so sure on a boys name but god has other plans and we are having our second baby girl. I’m really undecided on her name and only have 10 weeks or less until she arrives. Can I hear all of your name suggestions?

We had trouble too. Cause we thought this last time around we’d have our boy. And had that name picked out. But like you said, god had other plans. So we think we will stick with Peyton Scott! He wanted to name the boy after his dad and so we or more me said we can still name her after him. Thought it had a good tone to it.

Juniper, Imrie, Sayler, Robin, Fiona, Carter, and Peregrin were our girl names. We like more unusual names. I also really love boy names for girls like Cody. Consider book and media characters you like too. My husband and I love listing off ridiculous names to each other until the other makes a 🤔 face and we add it to the list. Lol

I’m super super happy we are having a girl because we could NOT come up with a boy name. I don’t think we ever would have found the perfect name. We love the name we chose for our daughter, it’s the only name we really liked. Now my overly hormonal/overthinking pregnant brain is worrying that the four women having girls due before me in September/October will all name their babies the same name we are using😂 obviously that won’t happen but still stressing over here. It’s a common name, but not common around here. We already know one person that used the name when they had their baby in March. I don’t care about people using the same name, I do think if even two of the women giving birth right before me use it, I wouldn’t be able to. It would be a bit overdone to me at that point.

We are naming our daughter Claire Michelle after my husbands late grandma and my moms first name as the middle. I love the name Addison, I couldn’t do that since my name is Madison lol if you have a sentimental name in the family, that always helps!

Make a list of family names (first and middle). Grandparents , great grandparents, great aunts. See if there is anything you like.

I didn’t like any name with my first baby girl, I named her after she was born 🙈 I think the day after! It’s ok! Don’t stress too much, try something that rhymes with her sister,  I named my first Natalie, my second baby girl is Melanie and I’m pregnant with the third and last baby girl, her name is Emilie!!

Yep 31 weeks and no name! We have some that we like but none that we love! I’m not sure if we ever will love a name though as with my son even when we named him we were not 100% sure 🤣

No name at 31w. I told my mom to have the guests at my shower write down suggestions. And I found out yest at the shower that she skipped it which was most important to me. Uuugh. 
I am so indecisive and my husband has liked my least favorite on my list. There’s really nothing that I love except for names that are already used in the family. And a lot clash with our last name.

Me 🙃😬 but I’m telling myself I’m just taking my time 🤣. I really don’t want to wait until I deliver to come up with one. I guess I’ll have to give myself a deadline soon. October 1st. Don’t worry we’ll come up with a name
