Fibroadenomas

Soooo a few months ago I noticed a hard pea sized lump in my right boob, then not too long ago I noticed one in my left but bigger. I got ultrasound & biopsy done on the bigger one & it showed fibroadenoma. I’m having pain in my right boob almost feels like a burning sensation. Also I’ve noticed anytime I wear a bra it hurts bc it feels like it’s pushed up against the tumors. I wonder if I should ask dr to remove them at this point. Just don’t know where to go from here seems like I don’t have anyone personally who has had these…. I’m 23
