Anyone exercising yet?

Almost 4 weeks PP and want to do some light exercise but dont know whats safe. I am still bleeding a little bit.

I started working out around 4 weeks pp. I would do some low intensity stuff and listen to your body.

I started 40 minute walks 1 week pp. Tried to do jamie easons pp preparatory program but the planks killed me! So now at 4w pp I'm back to walking, elliptical and basic core strengthening exercises. I had one internal tear and some stitches and I'm still spotting. Lower core also hurts if i push my workout. I did cardio, heavy weights n cross fit until my 8th month but for now. ... My body says wait 😐

I'm just past 2 weeks postpartum and just stopped bleeding so I'm going to try working out tomorrow and see how it goes.
