Progesterone Suppository Help?

Question

Hi all! I am in a frozen transfer cycle, and am looking for advice on the suppositories. I had injections last time which, although painful, seem entirely less complicated than these. 
Any recommendations for what kind of pads to use, what to expect, etc?

I used my finger to put mine in, as the applicator would hurt/cause spotting. I would push them up as far as my finger allowed. 
There is discharge and it will ruin your clothes if it gets onto your pants etc.  I just used a good quality liner and I was fine.

So there’s less discharge (but still some) with the tablet than with the liquid/cream version. I’ve done both at the point. With the cream, I would use a finger in the shower to sweep out any leftovers (gross… not sure what else to call it) minutes before a dose. That helped a little.

Super messy, definitely use a liner, but doesn't need to be thick. Can be the thinnest one, and it will do the trick. 
And I also just use my finger, never had an issue. You get so used to it after the first couple times.
