Working out while pregnant?
I just found out a week ago that I am pregnant and I am afraid to go to the gym.. my doctors appointment isn’t for another 2 weeks! I do heavy sqauts, heavy hip thrusters and heavy deadlifts .. does anyone know if it’s ok to still workout like this or I should just go and take it easy?
