Panic attack yesterday

So my daughter got bite by my mother in law’s dog. I repeatedly told them and asked them to keep the dog away from her because from the first time we brought her over there the dog was growling at me while I was holding my daughter. And has tried to bite me more than once before. So I told them I do not want the dogs around her especially this one dog. I told them I don’t trust the dog from the beginning but they told me and Reinsured me that she would be safe around this dog. But yesterday she was bite by this dog while I was at work and she was under the supervision of my mother in law. Needless to say that I don’t know if I want my daughter over there anymore because this incident could have been prevented.
