I did a no-no

So I am on the pill trinessa (sp) for two years. I missed one day, took two pills the next like you're supposed to. Missed another day, took two pills late the following day. I took them late some days. Had sex throughout this time of about three weeks, he came inside. Had some alarming health issues, (passed out at work). Everyone said I could be pregnant when my vitals are perfect, so it freaked me out. Took a test & it came out negative. HAd my period like I was supposed to but that could be because of the pill. Do you think I have anything to worry about? Should I take another test?
