When do they start doing test at the office where you go in and get strapped to the monitor for like an hour I'm almost 32 weeks

They only do it if you need it. It’s not a given. But usually sometime after 32 weeks.

They just started the weekly nst with me this week at 32 weeks. I am high risk though and they only do it for 15 minutes with me along with weekly ultrasounds.

It is NST (non stress test) or KTG (kardiotocogram, if I wrote it correctly in English... )
There is no need for it unless there are problems. They do it in labor or if you turn to them with low fetal movements. They usually do it regularity in some types of high risk patients and starting from 39-40 weeks they do it at least once a week, basically because you are overdue.

It's not a standard thing to do. You only get one if you need it. I've had 4 babies & I've never had one

Good to know. I thought they were done in every pregnancy. I’m a FTM and my doctor mentioned it at my first appt that I’d be getting it done around those weeks but I am high risk since I’m carrying twins I’ll be 19 weeks tomorrow so getting closer (:

I was high risk and they started once I turned 32 weeks 2 times a week. Had my son at 35 weeks (detected contractions at 34 weeks so high risk doctor and I came up with a plan before I left my 35week appointment and had my son 3 days later 🙃😂)

I only had one.with my second pregnancy because I was  a week past my due date. They wanted to monitor baby and make sure I had enough amniotic fluid left.
