Pregnancy 3 months PP? Need advice no judgement please !

No judgement please just looking for encouragement/ advice. I am 3 months postpartum and my husband and I had sex last week and had a condom breakage situation. I have already had my first PP period since i stopped breastfeeding last month. We had sex on Wednesday and I took an ovulation test that night and it was stark negative. I missed taking one on Thursday but on Friday it was already at peak fertility. I ended up taking a plan B pill Friday morning (again- no judgement please). I have always had irregular periods and my husband and I had unprotected sex for a year before I fell pregnant. I have PCOS which I know can cause falsely elevated levels of LH. Just wondering if anyone has been here or has any insight? I’m terrified ! Thank you!
