Late /Spotting last AF now 12 days before next AF

My last period was late 16-17 of July and It was more like spotting than my usual heavy AF been having symptoms but waited a week till I tested on the 28th of July and possibly got a faint positive but didn’t want to get my hopes up so wasn’t going to test till my next expected period the 15-17th of august but this morning around 11 I went to the washroom and noticed I was spotting when I wiped … I was at work with no emergency supplies so I used what I could and checked IF I did ovulate when it would be it would have been anywhere from the 26-31
