Nursery idea
I want a Harry Potter nursery (both my husband and I are big potterheads)
...
I have this idea, that may be a little dark... I saw this picture:
And I was trying to think of how to make something beautiful like that, but also Harry potterish, and nice without painting our wall since we are in a rental. For some reason I thought of de mentors, and having black lanterns and pompoms handing over the crib with other steamers and such, and then get custom made wall decals of what our patronus would be "protecting" the baby.

We really don't want a so-so nursery, and this really speaks to us since we both had very hard lives and want to protect our children and provide stability from the darkest things in the world. Like this:
