I am 11 dpo. I had light cramping and noticed spotting. I was hoping to test hcg today as well. So I did. It is positive. This is 3 days before AF is due. Is this implantation bleeding accompanied by cramps? Has this happened to anyone and they have gone on to be pregnant?

Answer

I spotted for 2 days after a positive pregnancy test before my period was due around 12dpo. Im now 12wks 
Also I had bad period-like cramps as if my period was still coming, made me a bit doubtful, but my period never came
