Gender question

Our first child is a boy. He is 4 and with him I had no morning sickness or nausea I had the easiest pregnancy with him. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I’m so sick this time around. I have nausea after I eat literally anything and constantly feel like I have to puke. Some days are better than others.

I wonder if this means this baby is a girl? We’re not finding out till birth. I’m so anxious to know!!!

Has anyone else had different symptoms their second pregnancy and it be the same gender as their first?
