Me and my fb were arguing then I leave it alone I sit down in smiling as I went to get my phone and he snatched my crisp out my hand emptied it on the floor and gave it to the dog and now I’m ignoring him he says it’s only a packet of crisp but I’m thinking it’s the principle. Prior to that he throw his ps4 controller at my leg because I annoyed him

How old are y'all? That's just childish stuff to be doing. My husband ever throws anything at me and he knows I'm gone (DV survivor, I don't play the physical game) as for the snatching food from your hand and giving it to the dog, I'd straight tell him he's a child. Learn better ways to express your feelings. You're not a child.

AND I’m only pointing out that you’re not the problem because I was in an abusive relationship and asked for advice on here and people would point out that I did “wrong things” too that weren’t really that bad compared to what he was doing. And people pointing out that I did wrong things too convinced me to stay, thinking I was part of the problem. 
GET OUT!! Ignoring someone isn’t that big of a deal. But intentionally destroying things of yours and throwing things at you sounds abusive as shit!!!

Odd one out, but I don’t understand why everyone is getting after you for ignoring him. Is it the best way to go about it? No. But the dude is getting physical. You aren’t the problem
