This is my 4th pregnancy

My anatomy scan 1 weeks ago showed cervix was closed and long... I had a day (Thursday) I was cramping all day almost called my husband to take me in then it stopped Friday night I got a stomach ache thought it was the food it lasted all day Saturday the pain got up to a 7 I have Endo for a 7 for me is high almost went in again... I checked my own cervix after what looked like mucuse plug came out and now I am easily 1cm and it feels soft and quishy?

The pain is down to a 3 so I don't know if it was stress causing me to dilate or what I should do look for people with passed experiences
