Is my piercing infected??

Hello! I recently got a Vertical labret piercing about 3 weeks ago and i’m pretty paranoid about it being infected. I clean it once or twice a day with saline and a q-tip. i cleaned it twice a day for the first like two weeks but then i got a bit lazy. and i also went on a trip for like 2 days and didn’t clean it at all during that trip. I have some pain on the top part and the bottom looks very rad/dark. And also there is discharge sometimes coming from the bottom. it is usually sticky and kinda cream/yellowish colored. So does anyone think it’s infected or is it too early in the healing to really know?
