1st Birthday and Covid Scare

So my LO birthday party is Saturday. Last night she woke up in the middle of the night with a fever of 100.9 burning up. Other then that she seems ok. We Covid tested her and it was negative but we’ll try it again tomorrow. (We could only do her nose not her throat) We’re praying it’s just her teeth coming in but she already has 4 teeth and didn’t have a fever with the others. Obviously it’s more important that she be healthy then that she makes it to her party but it would be Terrible if we had to reschedule. Does it sound like Covid? Did any of you have a baby who only had a fever with certain teeth and not others?
