Miscarriage

I started spotting a couple days ago and thought it was my period so I thought nothing of it. Then 2 days ago I started getting sharp unbearable pains in my lower stomach and went to the restroom and kept feeling like I needed to push. so I did and I kept passing big and small blood clots. yesterday I went to the er and found out I was pregnant 6 weeks and that I was having a threatened miscarriage. today the pain got so bad I went to the restroom and pushed and this came out now the pain in my stomach hurts but is not unbearable anymore. I just want to know what this looks like to you girls the sac fetus placenta what? This is my first pregnancy so I’m lost for words.
