After the POP Pill

So I stopped taking my pill on the 2nd of this month as for the past 2 years I've been on contraception which has given me irregular bleeding and well I think I might be pregnant. Me and my partner have been wanting children for a while and well from the 2nd we've had unprotected sex and I've noticed a few things that have changed and so has my parter; darker nipples, nausea, fuller breasts, bloating, headaches, fatigue and lower back pains.
