Could this be related to my C-section?

I’m 23 days PP from my 3rd c-section and for 4-5 days now I’ve been having the worst body aches on and off. Starting last night I started running a fever but woke up feeling fine. Around 3pm I started having body aches again and now I’m currently running a 101.8 fever. They put steri strips on my incision and I seriously can’t get them off even after showering every day and trying to get them off, so I can’t really see my incision. I have had a lot of pain on the left side of my incision that isn’t getting better but that comes and goes as well. I’m honestly not sure if I’m coming down with something or if it could be related to my incision. I plan on going to urgent care tomorrow. I’m just so scared to leave my newborn because she’ll only breastfeed, we tried introducing her to the bottle and she refused it, I’m a stay at home mom, so I had/have no plans of pushing a bottle on her. Sorry for the rant at the end, but thank you in advance!
