How can I get my babys father to sign his rights away.? He's not on birth certificate him and his mom say it might not even be his yet refuse to do dna test. And then I filed for child support because he refuses to help me with the child's needs and he's threatened to take my child from me if I don't take child support off. He's visited few times but doesn't help provide and I'm struggling. I told him if he wants me to take him off child support so bad then he needs to sign his rights away and he said he doesn't want to get out of taking care of the child yet he doesn't help out. I want him to sign his rights away because I'm scared he's going to try and take away my child one day.
